Joshua Oluwatobi Amos is the visionary founder and CEO of J-TODAN GLOBAL FARM FRESH, a company dedicated to bringing the authentic taste of Africa to tables around the world. Born on 22nd April, 1994, in Ogborosluwa, Oyo State, Nigeria, Joshua's journey into the world of food preservation began in his grandmother's kitchen.
Watching his grandmother preserve seasonal vegetables using traditional drying methods, Joshua developed a deep appreciation for food preservation. He learned that it wasn't just about extending shelf life, but about capturing the essence of each vegetable at its peak.
After studying food science at the university, Joshua combined traditional knowledge with modern technology to create J-TODAN. His mission is simple: to make nutritious, flavorful dried vegetables accessible to everyone, while supporting local farmers and promoting sustainable food practices.
